Note: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in a service agreement. For larger projects, we may require a deposit, which will be communicated upfront.

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust pricing or promotions as needed, ensuring these changes comply with applicable laws.

  • Limited Warranty: We guarantee professional and high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 48 hours of the service, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

  • No Implied Warranties: Services are provided “as is” without any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for damages beyond the cost of the service provided. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or situations outside our control (e.g., acts of nature, third-party interference).

 

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Website Content: All text, graphics, logos, and images on this Site are the exclusive property of Imperial Window Cleaning unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
